Ember to Emergence - Closing Consciously 2025

In this mini retreat sacred we’ll move through a gentle yoga practice to connect us with our body and bring us to the present time. Then we will use the power of meditation to help us connect with our inner wisdom. We will end with a Breathwork to release what no longer serves us and make space for the new.

After our inner exploration, we’ll gather in community for a wholesome meal. A light and healthy lunch will be provided, allowing you to relax, integrate, and enjoy the retreat experience fully. This shared moment supports grounding and honors the light awakened within us.
