Your Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

Please send a clear statement of withdrawal by email to info@aliciagarza.de within the 14-day period.
(You can simply write that you are withdrawing from the purchase and include your name, order number, and item(s).)

Effects of Withdrawal (Refunds)

If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day I receive your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Return Shipping Costs

You, as the buyer, bear the cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Delivery within Germany

• Orders are shipped with a carrier of my choice.
• Shipping costs are shown during checkout and are paid by the buyer.
• Delivery time: usually 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.

International Delivery

• Shipping within the EU and worldwide is available on request.
• Costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be provided individually.
