Server Log Files

Customer Account

Orders

When placing an order, we collect and process your personal data only insofar as necessary to fulfill and process your order and respond to your inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your data may be shared with shipping companies, fulfillment providers, payment providers, order processing service providers, and IT service providers, strictly in accordance with legal requirements and limited to the minimum necessary.

Comments and Reviews

When submitting a comment or review, we collect your personal data (name, email, comment text) only to the extent provided by you. Processing serves the purpose of enabling and displaying comments/reviews.

By submitting your comment/review, you consent to the processing of the provided data (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. Your name, as provided, will be published with your review.

Merchandise Management System

We use an external merchandise management system for contract processing:

Plug-ins and Tools

Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) for managing scripts/tags. No personal data is processed directly by the tool. However, it may trigger tags that process personal data.

Cloudflare CDN
We use Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., San Francisco, USA) to optimize loading times and security. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (TADPF). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Data Retention

Data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and in compliance with statutory retention periods (e.g., tax and commercial law). After expiry, the data is deleted unless you have consented to further use.

Your Rights

You have the following rights under GDPR (Articles 15–20):

Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability.
Right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or for direct marketing purposes.

Right to Complain
